Ginger and Limes: Oh, Mozzarella. You’re So Delicious.

Sometimes it takes a few tries for a recipe to turn out.  I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had epic fails in the kitchen.  Disasters involving cakes that simply didn’t rise, misread recipes, and the occasional kitchen fire are all on my cooking resume.  Anyone claiming to have perfected each and every attempt at a recipe was probably only making Easy Mac.  Just so we’re clear.

But this isn’t a post about kitchen disasters (though I should post a few one day), it’s about trying a recipe more than once and finding success.  Cooking is an adventure, a skill, and a muscle.  I believe that with every breath of my being.

Check out this terrific blog: Ginger and Limes.  Penned by Chapple (who I went to high school with, believe it or not), this blog is refreshingly honest and cleanly written.  She wrote about her adventures in cheesemaking — starting with locating the ingredients, first ending up with mush, and finally finding success!

Please leave her some comments, my friends.  I think we all know how much work goes into blogging and that comments are like a standing ovation.
