Landing a Blackhawk on a Ship Deck


While Caleb and I spent the day at the beach, Josh was out landing a Blackhawk helicopter on the deck of a ship in the Pacific Ocean. Isn’t that amazing? It’s no small task and choppy seas made this landing particularly challenging. I’m thrilled to present GoPro footage of the landing and a few photos of the big event. Prepare to be impressed:


Forgive the poor quality photo above but I couldn’t resist posting it. That’s my awesome husband having just landed a massive helicopter on the deck of a ship!  Without further ado, here’s the video for your viewing pleasure (WARNING: There is a naughty word in the video’s captions.
